1. About these terms
Welcome to Value Ebook. These Terms of Service govern your use of valueebook.in and purchases made through our store. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Value Ebook.
Please read these terms before placing an order, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the technology used to offer our products. Purchases from Value Ebook are transactions with us.
2. Eligibility and customer information
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. If you are under the applicable legal age, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase on your behalf.
Please provide accurate billing and contact information, including an email address where you can receive your download links. If you create an account, keep your login details secure.
3. Products and digital delivery
We sell digital e-books and downloadable content. No physical books or packages are shipped.
Product descriptions explain what is included in each purchase. Please review the description, file format, and any stated compatibility requirements before ordering.
Download links are provided electronically after successful payment and order processing, according to the delivery information shown when you purchase. If your email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact hello@valueebook.in.
If a file is missing, corrupted, or incorrect, contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
4. Prices and payments
The applicable currency, price, and any taxes or charges are displayed before you complete checkout.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter the price of an order already accepted.
If a pricing or product-description error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the payment.
5. Permitted use and copyright
Unless a product explicitly includes a different licence, your purchase provides a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read the content on your own devices.
You may apply the knowledge and ideas you learn to your personal life, work, or business.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share download links, or reproduce the e-book for distribution without written permission, except where applicable law permits it. Purchasing an e-book does not transfer its copyright.
Any separate licence supplied with a template or other included resource governs that resource.
6. Refunds and cancellations
You may submit a refund request within 30 days of receiving access to your digital product, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Send requests to hello@valueebook.in with your order details and a brief explanation. Refund requests are reviewed under that policy.
Once a purchase is refunded, you must stop using the refunded content and delete downloaded copies.
These terms do not limit any mandatory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights.
7. Educational content and results
Our e-books provide general educational information. They do not replace personalised advice from a qualified professional where such advice is needed.
Individual results depend on your circumstances, decisions, and effort. Examples, case studies, and testimonials do not guarantee particular earnings, clients, fitness outcomes, or other results.
This section does not reduce our responsibility to supply content that matches its description or any rights you have under applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, copyright infringement, unauthorised access, or distributing harmful software.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the store. Any action affecting a paid purchase remains subject to applicable consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
