Refund policy

Value Ebook sells digital e-books and downloadable products. No physical items are shipped, so no physical return is required.

30-day refund requests

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving access to your digital product.

To submit a request, email hello@valueebook.in with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.

  • The email address used at checkout.

  • The name of the e-book.

  • A brief explanation of your request.

We will review your request and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Download problems and incorrect files

If your download link does not work, your file is corrupted, or you receive the wrong e-book, contact hello@valueebook.in. Include a description of the issue and, if helpful, a screenshot.

We will help restore access or provide the correct file. Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, we will honour that right.

If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, please send us the relevant transaction details so we can investigate.

Cancellations and exchanges

Digital products may be delivered immediately after payment. If you wish to cancel an order or purchased the wrong e-book, contact us promptly so we can review your request under this policy.

Refund processing

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact hello@valueebook.in.

Once a purchase is refunded, you must stop using the refunded content and delete any downloaded copies.

European Union customers

Where EU consumer law applies, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

For digital content, this right may end when downloading begins if you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose your withdrawal right, and all applicable legal requirements were met. This does not affect our separate 30-day refund request policy.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. The 30-day request window does not shorten any statutory period for seeking a remedy.
